Browse our menu on the homepage, add items to your cart, then proceed to checkout. You'll select a pickup date and time slot, and pay securely via card or PayPal.
You can place a pre-order for any available date shown in our calendar. We recommend ordering at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
Once an order is confirmed and paid, modifications are limited. Please contact us at hello@abinciofficial.uk as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate changes. If a pop-up event is cancelled, those who have pre-ordered in advance will receive a refund, no questions asked!
Pickup locations are confirmed in your order confirmation email. We typically operate from our kitchen or at announced pop-up locations.
Currently, our meals are available exclusively via pre-order for our scheduled pop-up events rather than for daily service. However, we are working hard behind the scenes to expand our operations and plan to offer daily ordering in the near future. For now, please place your order through our website ahead of our specific event dates, and stay tuned for updates as we move toward a full-time schedule!

Hausa cuisine originates from parts of the Sahel region (Northern Nigeria and Southern Niger), known for its bold spices, grilled meats, and hearty dishes. Key ingredients include yaji (a spice mix), moringa, baobab, beans, and a variety of dried spices like ginger and grains of selim.
Yes, all our meat is halal certified. We take our sourcing seriously and work with trusted suppliers.
Yes, all our food is made fresh and packed on the day of the event or pop-up.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe, as well as PayPal.
Absolutely. All card payments are processed through Stripe's secure payment infrastructure, and PayPal transactions are protected by PayPal's buyer protection. We never store your card details.
Yes, a confirmation email with your order details and payment receipt is sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
Yes! We cater for weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, and private dinners. Please email us at hello@abinciofficial.uk with your event details for a quote.

While Hausa cuisine is very adaptable to many dietary requirements, at this time we do not have specific vegetarian or vegan options available. However, we are currently in the process of developing a range of plant-based alternatives and exploring ways to cater to various dietary requirements in the future. We recommend checking back with us for updates, as we look forward to expanding our menu soon.
